2. How to use The 4G
router can convert the Ethernet and fieldbus communication protocols. You only
need to set the IP address designated by the 4G router as the gateway on the
terminal device. If the designated IP address (or designated IP address
segment) is not set, the communication function cannot be realized. The main
purpose of 4G DTU is to realize dial-up, not a gateway in the true sense. For
example, after the 4G DTU is connected to the terminal device to complete the
dial-up link, the 4G DTU can be used as a new network device, and the terminal
device address can use this 4G DTU binding address.
3. Application
environment 4G routers usually have VPN/APN functions and private network
encryption. In addition, industrial 4G routers with WIFI function are suitable
for outdoor WIFI wireless signal coverage projects and similar bus WIFI,
shopping mall WIFI sharing projects. The 4G DTU application in the field
terminal has a relatively scattered transmission distance, and the data
communication rate is relatively high. Therefore, the 4G DTU real-time

a network interface for data access. The terminal device only needs to use the
IP address of the 4G router network port as the gateway. The terminal device
must use the designated IP address or the address in the designated IP address

specified IP address or the server host in the IP address range, and the 4G
router cannot communicate with all other addresses that are not set.

UIM card dial-up (the IP address is designated by 3A).

restriction on the IP address used by terminal equipment using 4G DTU, so as
long as the IP address can be allocated, it can communicate with the server
system. After the data of the terminal equipment passes through the 4G DTU, the
content transmitted using the wireless network is generally only through IP
header processing, intercepting the data transmitted in the wireless network,
as long as simply removing the header information, the transmitted data can be
displayed; at the same time, the data is not processed accordingly, 4G DTU may
cause the rebroadcast or retransmission of the wireless data. Cause the system
to be abnormal, thus there is a safety hazard.
